Call or Chat Recordings
Ask Astrologer does not record any calls or consultations between users and astrologers.
We recommend that users also refrain from recording any session without the consent of all parties involved. If a user chooses to record or share any conversation, they do so entirely at their own legal risk.
Publishing or distributing such recordings without consent may violate privacy or copyright laws. Ask Astrologer is not responsible for any legal outcomes of such actions.
4. Payments and Refunds
All payments made through Ask Astrologer are for personalized astrology services. Once a consultation or reply has been delivered, payments are non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered only if a payment error occurs or if the service cannot be delivered due to technical reasons. Any such request must be raised within 48 hours of payment via email to support@askastrologer.online.
