At Ask Astrologer, we strive to provide accurate and thoughtful astrology guidance to every user. Each service offered through our platform—whether it is a question reply or a full consultation—is personalized and prepared individually based on your birth details and query.

Because of this custom nature of our services, all payments made on Ask Astrologer are non-refundable once the astrologer has started working on your query or consultation.

1. No Refunds for Delivered Services

Once a report, reply, or consultation has been delivered, it cannot be refunded, revised, or exchanged. Every answer and session is prepared specifically for you and cannot be reused or transferred to another user.

2. Payment Errors or Technical Issues

If your payment was deducted but the service request was not received due to a technical issue, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction.

After verification, we will either process the pending service or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Service Delays or Incomplete Delivery

In rare cases where a service cannot be delivered because of technical problems or unavailability of the assigned astrologer, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

We will always attempt to resolve such matters fairly and promptly.

4. Consultation Rescheduling

If you have booked a consultation and wish to reschedule, please inform us at least 12 hours in advance.

We will do our best to accommodate a new time slot. However, failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
